A game timer that floats over the board or the stream

Games need clocks: turn limits for the slow friend, round timers for party games, session limits for yourself. Super Easy Timer floats above whatever you are playing.

Turn timers for board games

Type “1 min” per turn and turn on repeat. The countdown restarts every turn, the flash at zero says pass the dice, and nobody has to be the person who says “you are taking too long.” Set the Mac where the table can see it, or go full screen for charades and party rounds.

An overlay for PC games and streams

The timer stays on top of full screen apps without stealing focus, so it works as a game overlay: speedrun splits practice, timed challenges, “one more round” limits. Streaming from your Mac? Put the timer inside the captured screen and your viewers see the countdown too.

Small, and out of the way

Shrink the overlay with Mini Mode and park it in a corner. A transparent theme keeps it readable without covering the action.

Session limits that hold

“One hour, then we stop” works better when the hour is visible and counting. At zero the alarm repeats until someone deals with it, which is the point.
